This Tutor-style new build was purchased by the clients while the home was still under construction. They reached out to EMD for consultation on selecting finishes, guidance on design direction, and furnishing their living spaces. Our goal was to approach design from a holistic perspective and honor the architectural style, while creating functional and timeless design. We achieved this through thoughtful space planning and selection of furnishing, sourcing a combination of new and vintage to create an elevated and cozy space for gathering and hosting.
