Upper Rockridge

This charming Mediterranean-style home had an expansive footprint and backyard when our clients purchased it, but the compartmentalized layout was inefficient and lacking in storage, and didn’t fit the needs of a family of four. By demolishing the previous kitchen/dining room/sunroom, we were able to create a new Great Room where our clients could both cook and dine on a daily basis, and entertain guests on special occasions. What we love best of all is that with the addition and restoration of design elements such as the plaster fireplace and wooden ceiling beams, we combined the historic with modern in a seamless, elevated way. The result is a home that is every bit as inviting and warm as it is functional.
